Ground Attack and the Typhoon updated 18Oct03

On the 8th October, David Ince, a wartime Typhoon pilot, ETPS graduate and highly qualified glider pilot, gave a fascinating talk on the development of the aircraft and of its use in ground attack and reconnaissance, drawing on his personal experiences. It was a privilege to hear this first person account of flying and fighting with Hawkers' heavyweight fighter.
